    Responsibilities

    The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of all levels of Sales positions, in addition to Sales Operations, Enablement and Corporate Services positions. You will be accountable for identifying and developing potential talent for the open requisitions that you support in a timely manner. Ensuring a positive candidate and client experience with frequent communication and regular follow up to the businesses they support. 

     

    • Source top talent using tools: Application Tracking System (Workday), LinkedIN, Entelo, job boards, college networking and other networking professional groups
    • Track and report recruitment efforts weekly to the internal clients that you support
    • Use best practice recruiting methods to develop new and creative sources to execute on full life-cycle recruiting
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and engage in team meetings, training calls and other events

    Qualifications

    • Must have a PASSION FOR IDENTIFYING EXCEPTIONAL TALENT!
    • Previous full cycle recruitment preferred, agency and/or corporate recruitment experience required
    • 5+ years of recruiting for a talent pipeline and full life cycle recruitment experience
    • 3+ years of recruiting sales professionals
    • Ability to meet and exceed metrics for weekly submittals, interviews and hires
    • Able to work independently and problem solve when the going gets tough
    • Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
    • 4 year College degree is required
