    Responsibilities

    This Part-time Role will have....

     

    Responsibilities vary depending upon special needs of the Contracts department, consisting of administrative functions (ie. – copying, faxing, filing, opening mail, ordering supplies, coordinating special mailings, logging information onto Excel spreadsheets, etc.)  In addition, operating scanning/imaging equipment, process and prep documents for scanning into digital archives, supporting other functions on the File Room Administration team and throughout the department.

    • Providing copies of contracts and rate schedules to internal customers in accordance with standard operation procedures
    • Preparing, sorting and processing contract documents to be scanned into the digital archives via imaging equipment
    • Assisting with special projects as needed and other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills a must
    • High energy level with strong work ethic
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively interact with varying position levels including senior management
    • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills, positive attitude and teamwork driven
    • This position requires a good understanding of IM’s billing systems. The successful candidate will be able to use system knowledge and experience to determine the proper documentation being requested by field personnel.
    • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for the successful candidate. This position will be dependent on cooperation and support from internal departments.
    • Education / Experience: High School / 2 - 4 years
    • 17.00 /per hour
