    Responsibilities

    This role will have direct managerial responsibility for the centralized mortgage training program as well as any other trainers. Responsibilities will include coaching and instruction for the team and new trainers as well as full responsibility for the design and delivery of the associated training programs. Further, this role will be responsible monitoring metrics and uphold the highest standards of education and execution and thus, the delivery of exemplary performance.


    • Analyze the effectiveness and relevance of on-going training curriculum and delivery; identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans for enhancements.
    • Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials to support curriculums.
    • Measure and monitor training effectiveness, analyze results and make modifications where appropriate.
    • Assist in the hiring and selection process for Trainers, and provide on-going training and development for Trainers.
    • Provide a standard architecture design and structure for training programs.
    • Support new product or service launches by participating in project teams and ensuring training programs are prepared to support launches of new initiatives.
    • Develop and maintains a skill based certification program for all roles that aligns with organizational objectives.

    Qualifications

      • This role requires a least 5 years of experience in the creation and/ or delivery of adult education programs while serving in a leadership role in a business environment.  They will have the ability to maximize effectiveness of the mortgage service team guiding the content development and on-going relevance of the program.  This individual will be committed to researching new training techniques and overall program design and execution. 
      • Knowledge of the principles of adult learning as well as overcoming the barriers to their motivation will be necessary. Equally important will be the ability to recruit and mentor a professional training team and support their on-going education and professional growth.
      • This will require collaboration with field, centralized leaders to develop a tracking methodology, and associated communication plan to share results internally and externally.  Supplemental training adjustments and individual training goals will be established, dependent on these findings.
      • This person will be accomplished in instructional design, training structure and delivery methodologies.   This individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.   They should have proven expertise in their ability to adapt to changing priorities, meeting deadlines and work well under pressure.  They should demonstrate extensive experience and judgment to plan and execute goals and the ability to lead and direct the work of others.  They should be competent in Microsoft office Suite and Google G Suite and proficient in all training modalities.

      • This person will have a proven track record of exemplary problem solving and creative thinking skills. 
      • Excellent communication, organizational and delivery skills. It will be essential that this person have a proven record of influencing others in a positive and productive manner.
      • Education / Experience: 4-year College Degree / 3 - 5+ Years
