    • Build Gaylord skids for the morning
    • Unlock set of bins and push them into the bin tipper
    • Tip bins
    • Level out the paper that is in the gaylords 
    • Dump any remaining paper in the bins on the floor of the bin tipper, pull out any that won’t dump out
    • Lock the bins and stage them in their respective areas
    • When the gaylords are full  pull them out, put on toppers and stage them in an area that won’t be the way
    • Sweep floor in the general area in between all Gaylord changes. Clean the pile up at that time or before lunch
    • Run the bin tipper empty to dispose of any loose paper in it
    • If  leaving the gaylords at the bin tipper, cover them with cardboard or the plastic Gaylord covers. 
    • Straighten up your work area and check for any supplies that are running low on

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Education:

    1. It’s a 8-hour shift with some spent standing and some using tools - forklift/power pallet. 
    2. High school diploma or equivalent
    3. Current experience shredding or recycling operations/warehousing environment
    4. Ability to lift heavy bags, push rolling carts and pull two- and four-wheeled containers
    5. Forklift/Power Pallet  experience is preferred
    6. Ability to follow directions
    7. Ability to safely operate machinery
    8. Ability to work well in a team environment
