    The Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical at Iron Mountain, has developed a prescriptive process to assess our customer’s records and information management programs to identify challenges and gaps, and design solutions that leverage information governance (IG) best practices. To be successful, we need a staff of highly-effective consultants, with deep industry expertise, that can engage senior-level stakeholders, lead complex engagements, analyze large data sets, design comprehensive solutions that reduce costs and risk and produce executive-level final reports summarizing our findings and recommendations.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Effectively teaming with Iron Mountain’s Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Customer Development Executives (CDEs) to deliver our value proposition and drive IG consulting engagements.
    • Support account planning and strategy development with key internal team members.
    • Support consulting engagements by managing project timeline and deliverables
    • Facilitate discussions with and presentations to senior-level stakeholders (Compliance Officers, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Directors of HIM/RIM) for the purpose of educating them on best practices, guiding conversations around addressing gaps and improving the customer’s records and information management program effectiveness.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customer executive stakeholders responsible for strategy and execution.
    • Evangelize key IG principles through speaking engagements, blogging and social media posts.



    • Deep domain expertise in Compliance, with 10+ years working in a healthcare setting (i.e., at a hospital, health system, consulting firm with a healthcare practice, pharmaceutical company).
    • Strong working knowledge of Information Governance principles in Healthcare and Life Sciences
    • Strong Records and Information management domain knowledge and technology experience
    • Previous consulting experience is a plus, but not required
    • Direct selling experience to executive-level buyers– preferably selling services
    • Excellent communication, teaming, writing and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen, project management and analytical skills
    • A college degree and preferably, an MBA
    • Compliance credentials (CHC, CHPC, CPCO, etc.) or Healthcare credentials (RHIT, RHIA, etc.) are plus, but not required
