    Business Analyst – Corporate Strategy

     

     

    We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. The Corporate Strategy group is responsible for creating, communicating, maintaining, and aligning the company around the roadmap for long-term, profitable growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, the Business Analyst of Corporate Strategy (Analyst) will partner with other members of the corporate strategy team and leaders in the business to support and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization.

     

    This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with exposure to some of the most strategic and critical projects in the company.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    This position is responsible for the successful design and execution of analyses in support of a broad spectrum of strategic issues identified by the Senior Leadership team. Analyses will be of both financial / quantitative as well as strategic nature. In addition, the position will support the successful execution of projects and programs across the corporate strategy team, including the annual strategic planning process.

    • Building quantitative models, interpreting and summarizing / presenting results and implications
    • Conducting market and competitive research
    • Conducting industry and company-level financial analysis
    • Supporting the strategic planning process

    Key Skills and Qualifications
    • 2-3 years of experience working with various kinds of data, which can include finance, consulting, or investment banking
    • Bachelor's Degree required; a focus in Business, Economics, Mathematics or other concentrations with heavy quantitative focus from a top tier school is preferred
    • Intellectually curious and enjoys learning; the ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
    • Strong quantitative skills, comfortable navigating a data-driven business environment, with the ability to slice data and tell a story in different ways to different audiences
    • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
    • High-energy and independent thinker
    • Optimistic and collaborative problem solver
    • Attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
    • Wicked smart with a sense of humor
