    Responsibilities

     

    Assumes responsibility for the records management program compliance.

     

    • Provides expertise on records management program policies and procedures.
    • Identifying process improvement opportunities for the retention of information and records for assigned business units
    • Inventorying, identification, indexing and disposition of all unidentified records
    • Assisting Customer with moves or closures, Divesture, Acquisitions through managing migrations and transfer of records.
    • Responsible for Audits and departmental assessments under the direction of the customer.

    Assumes responsibility for records management program implementation.

     

    • Maintains established Customer processes and procedures.
    • Implement records destruction, on behalf of Customer as requested.
    • Supports Customer’s Records Management training programs.

    Assumes responsibility for records management program administration and coordination.

     

    Coordinate reporting of new program management metrics.

     

    • Helps drive program improvements on behalf of Customer.
    • Provide records analysis and project management support to Customer. 

    Assumes responsibility for communication.

     

    • Day to day internal service-level management of Customer business units, including account communication and ongoing problem resolution, but not limited to, district service level issues, implementation, initial transfers, etc.

    Proactively communicate with Customer key contacts regarding overall program management.

    Other Duties as assigned.

     

     

    Performance Measurements:

     

    Ensures compliance to Customer’s Records Management program.

    Good coordination and effective working relations with other departments and managers.

    Ability to work within the organizational structure.

    Effective teaming with strategic and local district representatives.

     

    Essential Job Functions

     

    Implement and maintain records management program policies and procedures.

    Identify process improvements and best practices for a compliant records management program.

    Build external and internal relationships

    Coordinate reporting of new program management metrics.

     

    Educational & Experience Requirements
    • Minimum Education Requirements:
    • BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience
      Certification in Records (CRM or CRA) Desired or 5 Years experience in a Records management position.
