    SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday. (Regular working hours)



    *Please note: This position is full a time/40 hour work week contract in the PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY -  for one year without benefits, and the opportunity to beome permanent with acceptable performance.



    Under the direction and with approval of the Customer, the scope of this position includes responsibility for the following records management activities: provide customer support and assist the customer with processes and procedures related to the tracking of customer’s records. The position is responsible for all aspects of customer service and support related to the customer’s offsite records. This includes, but is not limited to, order processing, file picking and refiling, file and carton registration (data entry), website training and support, interfiling, troubleshooting and problem solving. Works closely with Manager and Clinical Operations personnel to perform quality checks and file Clinical Trial Master File (TMF) to ensure high quality documentation in accordance with country-specific regulations, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and customer’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Practices.



    *Assumes responsibility for records management program administration and coordination.


    * Reviews and contributes to processes and tools in support of maintaining TMF quality check in audit-ready condition. /* Works with - internal/external areas/ owners to remediate any issues identified during quality check.*Assists with off-site archiving of documents in the Clinical Trial Master Files


     *According to RIM procedures to meet organizational compliance requirements - Conduct basic records center operations: - *Classify and process incoming information/ enter assigned data entry/ *Maintain accurate records /*Respond in a timely manner to all retrievals, accessions and destruction requests from customers/*Scans, files and maintains study documentation in the Clinical Trial Master Files and in the electronic Trial Master Files system and/or applicable Records Management system. / *Monitor service level agreement compliance.


    *Perform assigned tasks supporting the implementation of the organization’s approved retention schedule. /*Assist Records Manager with driving overall program improvements for assigned business units.


    Educational & Experience Requirements


    *1-2 years of work experience in an active records environment preferred.

    *1-2 years of work experience with scanning/filing/data entry required.

    *Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.

    *1-2 years of college with specialized course work in administrative management/computer technology.
