The Senior Project Manager is a leader in the field of international and domestic full-service shipping and project coordination, and is organized within the Client Services team at Crozier. General responsibilities include; coordinating and overseeing the execution of services and projects for Crozier’ clients, working alongside our Account and Collection Managers. This role will coordinate internal and external resources across teams and within our Customer Relationship Management [CRM] system. Managing projects and providing guidance to other members of the Client Services team for all aspects of the job from; International shipping compliance and regulations, planning and pricing through execution, ensuring successful delivery of services, and keeping an updated feed of data in our CRM to support our Pipeline.
