    Position Summary: 

     

    Oversee the day-to-day projects and personnel within the Imaging Center.  Interface and communicate daily with customers (internal/external), resolve issues, plan and staff for projects, adhere to department standards, monitor timelines and results.

     

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects.  Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders.  
    2. Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.
    3. Perform time studies for Sales/Account Management.   
    4. Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.   
    5. Manage HR related items: scheduling vacation, managing timecards, assist in performance reviews, assist in hiring and termination processes.   
    6. Ability to assist in the invoicing process.

    Qualifications

     

    Required Skills and Education:

    Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

     

    Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. Demonstrated basic billing knowledge.
     
    Business Expertise:

     

    Basic understanding of Accounting and the factors that affect margins.  

     

    Leadership:

     

    Instrumental in driving production through the Imaging Center personnel by leading and mentoring the imaging personnel.   

     

    Interpersonal Skills:

     

    This position requires good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally.  There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication.  External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate effectively current imaging processes.

     

    Travel Requirements:

    • Total travel: 5% 
    • Local travel (Depending on District): 1% 
    • Overnight travel: 1% - Corporate sponsored training or meetings

     

    Qualifications:  

     

    Minimum Education/Minimum Experience: 

    High School/2 – 4 Years
              
    Preferred Education/Preferred Experience: 

    2 years college/2 – 4 Years
