    This Senior Field Enablement Manager role is focused in our Data Management division and is responsible for driving results through enhancing reps sales knowledge and skill levels. Demonstrates how to translate product and solution knowledge into skill based activities to increase pipeline and conversion rates.


    • Train and motivate assigned customer facing personnel (BDEs, CDEs, SDRs & Cloud Specialists). Training to include the management of Messaging, Insight Led Solution Selling of designated products and services.
    • Ongoing coaching and mentoring of customer facing teams including strong Iron Mountain Data Management Product Knowledge, Industry Knowledge, capturing and using appropriate vertical insights, understanding and identifying of key customer critical business issues.
    • Driving consistent absorption and adoption in usage of Data Management knowledge, sales tools including Prospecting tools, Proposal tools and Sales Enablement Platforms as it relates to Data Management solutions. Tracking and Measurement are critical.
    • Regularly scheduled one on one sessions with Directors, VP and Sales Ops Business Partners to discuss development areas for BDEs, CDEs, SDRs & Cloud Specialists as well as needs of the region/area. Set goals for reinforcement of talent management.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel and the field to roll out new products and enhancements.
    • Provide enablement support to the Channel team to assist in educating (virtually) resellers and partners.


    Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

    Insight Led Solution Selling Skills, strong messaging techniques and presentation skills

    Strong verbal, written, training and interpersonal skills.

    Possess a high-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness and strong organizational and management skills.


    Minimum of 3 years previous sales, sales management or training, experience within a service driven industry, preferably within the tech industry.


    Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the GEO Sales Reps within their first year of tenure. Lead, mentor and help Mgr Sales Enablement DM prioritize activities.


    Able to review competencies, sales ability and training needs.


    Possess a high-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness and strong organizational and management skills.


    Travel Requirements:

    25 - 70% Total travel*

    25 - 35% Local travel*           

    25 - 35% Overnight travel*

    *Depends on geographical responsibility



    Four-year college degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, including any additional sales Training Courses. Must have demonstrated experience to lead and manage a sales force to produce results expected by the Company.
