    Manages various projects following the documented Iron Mountain. Responsible for reporting as well as the support of process/procedural updates and training. Assists in preparation, management, and execution of project plans.

    • Ensure that projects remain on schedule
    • Coordination with multiple internal and external groups to secure project resources
    • Manages project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members
    • Serves as focal point for and liaison between departments on project status or other project information
    • Communicates written and oral project status updates  to appropriate audience
    • Ensures that all standards are followed.


    Job Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years experience in onsite customer projects
    • Project management/process experience
    • Excellent  communication skills
    • Responsive to customer needs
    • Effective communicator

    • Attention to detail (both oral and written)
    • Demonstrates professionalism
    • Effective time & prioritization management

    • Total travel is 50% local, and 25% out of state
