    The Senior Manager of Compensation will partner with the business HR teams and broader Reward team to deliver business focused and pragmatic compensation advice and solutions which enable the business to attract and retain the right talent and ensure that we are competitive in the market.


    This role will be responsible for compensation in our Global Technology division, Data Center and Data Management groups.


    Responsibilities will include:  

    • The provision of compensation advice which supports the business agenda, attracts and retains the required talent and aligns with the business strategy.
    • Conducting competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the appropriateness of pay levels and research and resolve issues of pay for internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Partnering closely with the HR Business Partners to understand the business drivers/ issues and proactively consider how Reward can support in delivering the business goals whilst ensuring any interventions are aligned with the global compensation framework.
    • Actively participating in ongoing wider global compensation projects /initiatives and bring the perspective/ context of the business in order to inform and help shape the adopted approach.
    • Executing and implementing global compensation initiatives (such as the annual compensation planning process) within the respective business area, ensuring that the HR Business Partners and in turn Senior Management understand the process, are briefed on the timelines and supported where required.
    • Leveraging external networks to remain current on compensation programs, trends, and best practices.
    • Managing customer expectations and anticipating their needs through strong partnership.


    • 5 – 10 years of overall broad based compensation experience. A period spent working as a HR Business Partner is desirable but not essential.
    • Strong technology compensation experience
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Highly motivated, with a natural affinity for developing and cultivating compensation subject matter expertise, and educating the broader HR team.
    • Strong personal skills and ability to manage expectations and partner closely with the HR Teams.
    • Advanced Skills in Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Applications skills preferred.
    • Prior experience of using Workday HRIS desirable.
    • Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Action-oriented; ability to multi-task, collaborate and deliver.
    • Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations.
