    Responsibilities

    • Cold calling over the phone and in-person, presenting and closing to companies within your territory
    • Prospecting for clients within companies 1000 - 5000 employees
    • Partnering with Iron Mountain employees for referrals, leads and opportunities
    • Weekly team meetings and individual meetings with managers
    • A competitive, yet fun, working environment

    • Visits to the Sharon Hill, PA office two days per week, 4 hours both days
    • The remaining time is spent with prospective customers in the field!

    Qualifications

    • Proven success in exceeding goals
    • Ability to assess and identify customers current and potential Shredding needs
    • Experience in handling an entire sales process from prospecting to closing of deal
    • Consultative and persuasive decision making
    • Fire and passion with a strong work ethic
    • “Hunter” sales focus
    • 1-2 Direct Sales Experience including cold calling, presentation skills and proven performance in closing deals
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Ability to travel 75%
