    Base salary $55K - $60K plus uncapped commission. 

    First-year compensation with commission conservatively $80K - $100K 

    Uncapped commissions and 3-months of guaranteed ramp up pay of $2500. Iron Mountain provides a car allowance and all benefits start on Day 1.

      What we provide for you:

    • Guaranteed base pay of $53K - $58K
    • Uncapped commissions and 3 months of guaranteed ramp up pay of $2500

    What we are looking for?

    • Proven success in exceeding goals
    • Ability to assess and identify customers current and potential Shredding needs
    • Experience in handling an entire sales process from prospecting to closing of deal
    • Consultative and persuasive decision making
    • Fire and passion with a strong work ethic
    • “Hunter” sales focus
    • 1-2 Direct Sales Experience including cold calling, presentation skills and proven performance in closing deals
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Ability to travel 5%
