    Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility of the Site Service Specialist is customer contact for the purpose of managing the relationship during production

    • Coordinating the customer communications as well as bringing on new projects
    • Completing reports, job specs, customer setup and attending daily/weekly meetings with production
    • Pulling specific data lists as required for internal and external use

    The Site Service Specialist serves as a resource to the entire Operations Team with regard to production
    Skilled at communicating and sharing knowledge throughout

    the organization - specificaly with regards to production.

     

    • Strong proficiency with computer applications including, Window based programs 
    • Ability to learn new technology and transfer the knowledge to others
    • Ability to work well independently as well as in collaborative groups
    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Qualifications

    Technical Requirements:

    Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products – including strong skills with Excel and data manipulation.

    Proficiency with Access or an understanding of SQL
