    The Marketing Communications Coordinator’s primary focus will be the development of a strong brand presence for Crozier to increase awareness and drive sales. In this role, s/he will implement online marketing strategies through communications, social media, digital, and print marketing initiatives (website, emails, newsletters, ad campaigns). Additionally, s/he will support internal communications and partnership initiatives.



    • Support the development and creation original, engaging content (including video) for print and web
    • Manage social media calendar and accounts and implement social media strategies to optimize user engagement and reinforce brand as industry leader
    • Manage website content and monitor SEO
    • Assist in implementing print and digital marketing campaigns
    • Draft press releases and communication documents
    • Measure, analyze and report on press coverage, web traffic and online campaign metrics
    • Research audience preferences and remain current on social media/digital trends to ensure maximum effectiveness and user engagement
    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and manage distribution lists
    • Assist with development of marketing and sales presentations and collateral
    • Provide logistical support for event planning and production
    • Champion company brand identity and consistency across all materials





    • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and drive results
    • Knowledge and passion for the arts and the fine art market; stay current with changes in the industry, competition, product/service offerings available from competitors
    • Strong knowledge of, and expertise in, multiple social media platforms
    • Internal communications experience
    • Previous experience with professional social media accounts, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
    • Experience with email marketing/marketing automation tools such as Constant Contact or Real Magnet
    • Strong writing, copyediting, and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and excellent follow up
    • Basic graphic design skills
    • Html, design and audio/video production skills a plus
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
