    Responsibilities

    SUMMARY:
    The Rental Administrator is responsible for all aspects of executing monthly rental invoices for storage clients.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •Responsible for the gathering information and executing monthly rental invoices for a group of clients storing
    •Run reports relating to clients you bill to ensure the upmost accuracy
    •Act as a reference point for the Project Management when clients inquire about rentals
    •Identify, analyze, and inform in-house personnel on accounts when they need reviewing or inquiries submitted
    •Maintain processes to ensure that billing and reports accurate and complete
    •Assist in ensuring that inventory in CMS software is completed

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
    •Microsoft proficiency (especially Excel)
    •Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
    •Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
    •Ability to listen with an open mind to employees, clients, etc.
    •Proven team player
    •Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    •Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
    •Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
    •Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving
