    The Director, EDA will align with IT leadership’s strategic initiatives and transformational objectives, and provide guidance to various teams across the enterprise. This person will play a key role in evolving a culture that incorporates best practices, proven state of the art technologies, agile and innovative delivery of advanced capabilities. The role will involve working with various solution architects to execute the Cloud First and Digitalization directions articulated for Iron Mountain by the CTO and CIO.




    • Understand the Business Strategy and develop a sustainable long term approach and roadmap to execute IT Strategy
    • Define, communicate and enable a disciplined implementation of IT solutions consistent with industry standards
    • To support the successful transition to a Cloud First model, educate and enforce formal security, integration and governance frameworks and practices.
    • Conduct formal architecture conformance processes by leading relevant working groups for Architecture, Security and Compliance requirements for all IT initiatives. This will also serve as a common engagement forum to help align multiple streams of activity within IT
    • Guide and Assist in the evaluation of technology and tools for opportunities that come up within the IT organization from time to time
    • Facilitate and Organize a continual learning environment to raise the expertise level of relevant technologies, concepts and techniques
    • As desired by the IT leadership, provide knowledge sharing and training sessions for decision makers, sometimes extended to leadership in the business teams to explain the benefits and cost-value analysis
    • Introduce an innovation approach to executing pilot and proof of concept initiatives, design thinking and outcome/metrics driven style
    • Bring specific solutions and methods in software engineering practices, models, industry trends and paradigms such as Event Driven Microservices, API Management, Distributed Computing, Big data, Advanced Analytics, etc.
    • Create a holistic integration fabric that enables provisioning of modern self-service capabilities across the environment, monetization of our IT assets through well performing and scalable delivery mechanisms and enable launching of new services to the marketplace.
