The Iron Mountain Data Center (IMDC) finance and accounting team reports to the VP, Data Center Finance. The team works within the IMDC business unit as a financial hub between IMDC’s leadership and business teams, Iron Mountain’s enterprise team, the core businesses, and financial shared service functions. The team partners to cover finance related responsibilities, from defining and driving budgeting, forecasting and performance management, monthly accounting and financial reporting, ad-hoc analyses and modeling, providing capital and business case support, and managing financial controls.
The Order Entry and Billing Administrator, Data Center is responsible for customer set-up, maintenance of customer data, sales order processing and the preparation, verification, review, and distribution of invoices for locations within the Iron Mountain Data Center portfolio. Additional responsibilities will include researching and resolving billing inquiries and preparation of regular reporting on revenue, billing, and collection related metrics. This role will utilize the Oracle order entry, revenue and billing system and will interact with customers.
