    Responsibilities

    The Associate Product Enablement Manager is responsible for coordinating, developing, writing and delivering product-specific training. This person will work within the methods, technologies and modalities Iron Mountain enables while determining appropriate training methods per product (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc).  This person will work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales Operations to make available training opportunities. 

     

    Primary Scope

    • Product Enablement will develop targeted sales content for the entire Sales organization to include (but not limited to) ‘Online On-Demand’ (15 & 30min programs), ‘Required’ (virtual and in-person) for over 30 products in the Iron Mountain suite.
    • Gather content from multiple sources and stakeholders
    • Develop content at the right level/length/message for sales teams to be successful in Level 1/A) identifying opportunities 2/B) closing deals
    • Refine training based on participant feedback
    • Participate in alpha and beta testing as needed
    • Provide product/service enhancement feedback to Product Management/Product messaging and persona feedback to Product Marketing based on interactions with employees during training
    • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
    • Work with vendor and consults to ramp up and down depending on organizational needs.
    • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
    • Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification
    • Ability to translate complex idea and products into simple language
    • Proven Sales training experience.

     

    Secondary Scope

    • Working knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
    • Experience with e-learning platforms
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
    • Strong communication skills
    • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
    • Ensures that all processes are followed including but not limited to operational readiness, technical reviews, and tollgate reviews

    Qualifications

     

    • 5-7 years of experience in a training environment demonstrating creativity, laser-focused execution of details, personal-ownership and a strong work-ethic.
    • Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
    • Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills.
    • High EQ with an intense focus on the firm’s culture and values and the ability to work well in a team environment of a highly matrixed organization.
    • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
    • Location: Preferred Boston, Mass, but remote is possible.
