Supervise and lead secure shred destruction staff to create and sustain a culture focused on operational excellence, as well as maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job activities include, but are not limited to adhering to the standards of the 5S Workplace Program to promote consistency with tasks, workplace layouts and workflow; proficient use of the tools within the management operating system (MOS) and operational excellence program (OER) to increase workplace optimization; compliance with all safety and security policies as well as the staffing leverage model to ensure safety of employees, proper handling of equipment and protection of customer information; the ability to lead, train and develop staff demonstrating behaviors consistent with our core values.
