The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the management (planning, organizing and implementation) of large complex strategic programs throughout the lifecycle development process for the introduction of a SaaS application stack. These programs are typically highly visible initiatives with significant impact on business or product viability and ranging across multiple disciplines and business groups.



  • Manage the project lifecycle from proposal development, project kickoff, initial design, development and testing, to acceptance.
  • Designs, plans, and coordinates project work teams
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements and is within approved budget.
  • Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure at a level of detail appropriate to the project. Develop resource project schedule in Microsoft Project in accordance with constraints to establish milestones and a cost basis of estimation.
  • Coordinates team resource scheduling, organize vendor, client, and team meetings. Take clear meeting notes outlining summary of meeting and next step action items.
  • Ensures execution of product roadmap through the Agile Development process, including definition of release plans, epics and oversight of stories and backlog.
  • Establishes effective communication with managers across technical and non-technical departments in order to get identify key plan tasks and due dates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assist in determining future hardware and software requirements.


  • 4 – 6 years’ experience with software development life cycle methodologies
  • Strong project management/process background. Experience with a wide variety of methodologies, able to help lead general process direction
  • PMI certification and CSM certification desired
  • Experience of Agile development methodologies including Scrum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsets

  • Experience in iterative software delivery methodologies – Agile, SCRUM, etc.
  • Ability to creatively think with a product solution mindset

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business discipline, or MBA a plus
