The Global Safety, Risk and Security (GSRS) Risk Analyst is responsible for support of the Chief Risk and Security Officer and program management related activities within the Enterprise Risk Management team.

Key responsibilities include successful execution of inter/intradepartmental project management activities globally for Enterprise Risk Management. Projects requiring management may include; risk registers, key risk indicators, coordination of working level risk committees, new initiatives, tracking & analytics and measuring established risk requirements. Execution of the aforementioned activities will be completed through use of a variety of software tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other project management tools

  • The Risk Analyst is responsible for project planning, project team formation, and project execution for various risk related projects.
  • The Risk Analyst is responsible for developing project timelines and key deliverables through collaboration with Risk project team members and other cross-functional stakeholders, as necessary. Over the course of the project tasks, the analyst is responsible for ensuring program timelines are agreed upon, communicated regularly and aligned with the business needs of IM and also ensures team member agreement on accountability of project tasks.
  • As such, the Risk Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing committee schedules including mitigations and risks to project success, prepare status reports, negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the enterprise particularly where they impact other dependencies across the governance structure.
  • Production of final document sand presentations.

The position is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Risk and Security Officer to include:

  • Calendar management
    • Accept calendar invites
    • Clear calendars of double bookings
    • Other scheduling/rescheduling as required
  • Team meetings
    • Responsible for scheduling and managing All Hands calls
    • Coordinate all team calls/meetings and assisting with the agenda
    • Facilitate team meetings and off-sites
    • Order catering for meetings when needed and requested
    • Book conference rooms when needed and requested
    • Provide limited A/V conf. call support when needed
  • Book travel:
    • Arrange and manage all travel
    • Arrange flights, car service, hotels, meeting arrangements while on the road
    • Coordinate meeting and site visits while in transit
  • Various Administrative tasks:
    • Assist with onboarding of direct reports or new hires
    • Serve as a face to the organization through constant communication and updates to the team


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience as project manager or equivalent administrative experience
  • Resourceful individual who demonstrates great initiative and the ability to balance conflicting priorities successfully
  • High energy level with strong work ethic
  • Highly motivated, “go getter” personality
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
