A component of the Adjacent Businesses segment within Iron Mountain, Crozier provides services that support the art management lifecycle, from initial purchase to final sale; including secure storage, climate-controlled vaults, viewing areas, consultation, installation and project management services, and international shipping capabilities for art industry professionals and collectors all over the world.



    The Director, Client Accounts manages a team that is responsible for client management, driving revenue, client satisfaction, as well as positioning new solutions designed for further growth.  The Director, Client Accounts may partner on some named accounts with the Account Managers. 

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure team’s delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual targets - grow total revenue by retaining and growing current client base
    • Manage, train, coach & cultivate the Account Management team
    • Lead weekly meetings to provide coaching, training and motivation - ensure team is aligned with company goals, priorities, company offerings and troubleshooting
    • Direct leadership of key account assignments
    • Focus on client loyalty providing proactive solutions to meet client needs while uncovering and selling new opportunities for revenue growth
    • Manage and maintain relationships with current clients that require a high level of support to ensure satisfaction with Crozier’s services and offerings, positioning the relationship for further growth and retention
    • Develop strategies and business plans with the Account Management team through understanding client’s needs
    • Remain active within the industry to increase Crozier’s awareness, through attending art fairs, gallery events, tradeshows, and keeping current within market trends
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of client’s business trends and potential new business opportunities
    • Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts and ensure the team hits their targets as well
    • Develop go-to-market strategies, forecasts and tactics for all Crozier client accounts
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development aligning with Crozier’s core values
    • Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
    • Interpret and understand market dynamics, predict shifts, and develop strategies which enable the AM team to meet its targets
    • Create a high performance “best in class” work environment for the progression of talent and development of the Account team to meet the growing needs of the business based on our core values
    • Focus on market data, understanding accounts, developing relationships in advance of opportunities, and pursuing the opportunities best suited to win
    • Review activity, pipeline and revenue reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current market conditions for the account management team

     Experience, Skills and Attributes:

    • Strong background and knowledge of strategic account management and sales processes
    • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to Crozier
    • Proven experience building internal and external client relationships, navigating across an organization and growing current client base
    • Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest market trends and developments
    • Comfortable and confident with conflict management
    • Proven team leader with a track record of strong client/account management
    • Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
    • Core business knowledge and understanding of back-end processes
    • Financial acumen, with an ability to manage pipelines and forecasts
    • Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
