The Project Supervisor is responsible for "Project Scoping", general administrative tasks (including supervising employees, scheduling, etc.) and communicating with employees, and customers.  Regular job duties include traveling to customer and potential customer worksites in order to estimate the scope of work that is required for a particular job and following-up on the progress of jobs.


The Project Supervisor also uses a desktop/laptop computer, measurement tools, telephone and personal communication to complete job tasks.


  • Prepare project estimates and work schedules
  • Train employees
  • Manage employees
  • Use proprietary software, Word, Excel, Outlook computer applications
  • Use telephone
  • Drive to and from locations
  • Use measuring tools, camera, etc.
  • Submit project related billing and ensure proper invoicing
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, etc.
  • Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all project personnel and contingent workers
  • Motivates, mentors and empowers team to meet and exceed standards or set goals
  • Monitors employee attendance, productivity and other performance markers
  • Effectively uses metrics to aid accountability and measure performance
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Ensures that the branch provides the finest internal and external customer service
  • Builds internal and external relationships; fosters collaboration
  • Provides relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time off or are absent
  • Prepares accurate reports
  • Is open to weekend work, if required
  • Ensures compliance of all federal, state and company regulations
  • Ability to multitask and run several projects concurrently







Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a customer service and/or sales related environment a must!

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a background investigation as conditions of employment

Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to complete paperwork in English accurately and completely

Strong attention to detail

Strong customer service skills; values customers and communicates with them in a professional manner
