The Systems Analyst (SA) provides direct customer service to major brokerage firms in relation to their compliance needs. Iron Mountain provides Designated Third Party services for brokerage firms using electronic systems to maintain their records. These electronic systems include back office, trade data and email archiving systems from a wide variety of vendors on a wide variety of platforms.
As a generalist, the SA has a unique opportunity to learn about new systems deployed in real world environments. The SA will work as the front line technical contact with our customer’s compliance and IT teams to help them meet their compliance needs and suggest other opportunities for Iron Mountain to help the customer. There is some travel required to client locations.
The SA also provides assistance related to compliance requirements for Registrar and Registry Data Escrow clients. This will consist of new customer onboarding, managing and monitoring of customer’s SFTP account set up, identifying issues, assistance with deposit issues, and suggesting resolutions that meet the compliance and contractual needs of IM and the customer. The SA is the liaison between the customer and Iron Mountain’s technical teams to help ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience. The SA does work with an International customer base that may occasionally require after-hours support.
In addition, the SA also will use their software development skills to enhance and support tools unique related to our current and future service offerings.
