Responsibilities

The assistant to the Chief Financial Officer will provide administrative and project support to the CFO. This position is focused on heavy calendar management, meeting logistics, domestic and international travel, oral and written communications and overall commitment to making the CFO as effective as possible. Key to success is being a true extension of the CFO. Confidentiality is critical and a positive attitude a must.

  • Calendar management; schedule and coordinate meetings for CFO; schedule and coordinate team meetings, internal and external meetings, clients, Board and executive meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for CFO including correspondence, budget, domestic and international travel, general presentation and meeting presentation material and logistics.
  • Reviews and approves on manager’s behalf expense and/or time off requests.
  • Provides Compensation Committee Board support including material preparation, meeting coordination, calendar development, and overall HR liaison with other corporate departments and the members of the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements; assemble and submit expense reports.
  • Participate in HR meetings, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.
  • Process invoices in timely manner.
  • In all senses of the word, is a true extension of the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Assist in HR related projects, able to be a team player.
