Job Summary/Work Schedule:

The Project Supervisor is responsible for "Project Scoping", general administrative tasks (including supervising employees, scheduling, etc.) and communicating with employees, and customers. Regular job duties include traveling to customer and potential customer worksites in order to estimate the scope of work that is required for a particular job and following-up on the progress of jobs.

 

The Project Manager also uses a desktop/laptop computer, measurement tools, telephone and personal communication to complete job tasks.

 

Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and 2 15-minute breaks.

 

Overtime:  As business needs may require.  Please contact District/Branch Manager for specific information regarding overtime.

 

Essential Functions:

 

Prepare project estimated cost, labor requirements and customer needs, train employees

Manage employees

Use proprietary software, Word, Excel, Outlook computer applications

Use telephone

Drive to and from locations

Use measuring tools, camera, etc.

Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, etc.

Walk all parts of facilities

Ability to determine Operations and Transportation needs based on workflow and safety guidelines

Qualifications
