Responsible to perform full life cycle recruiting for Non Exempt openings. Work with HR Manager to identify and implement effective recruitment metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and activity tracking. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, support multiple locations and work closely with remote teams.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting.
  • Works with field management to ensure understanding of current and future workforce needs
  • Collects and analyzes HR data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Develops sources of qualified applicants, screens applicants, schedules and conducts interviews, administers tests, checks references and background, and evaluates applicant qualifications.
  • Develops and maintains internal job posting program
  • Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.

Develops and manages on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence


  • Bachelors degree 
  • High Volume experience required.
  • Effectively communicate and work with HR, Hiring Managers, and external sources
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Competency in computer software packages (Excel/Word) and computer literacy and ability to use on-line system for input, maintenance and inquiries
  • Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior Work Experience
    At least 2-4 years of full life cycle recruitment/sourcing experience in a service related industry. 

    High Volume experience required.

    Must be able to recruit for multiple territories.
