Responsible for any combination of the functional areas of expertise with the Network and Network Security family, supporting business requirements and strategy, inclusive of: 1) Network design, which may incorporate all aspects of the communications infrastructure; 2) Network Planning, encompassing the creation and maintenance of overall network plans to define service level agreements, the infrastructure elements necessary to support agreements, and provision of network services. May also include physical implementation of technologies; and 3) Network Security Design/Planning, with focus on Firewall Technologies, IPS/IDS, URLF and general Security Standards as they relate to Infrastructure Services. This may include Proof of Technology testing, Vendor Engagements, Strategy/Roadmap Planning and presenting to senior leadership. This role requires strong collaboration with the Global Security and Compliance group to map Security Controls to Internal and Regulatory policy.
